A site survey costing €30.00 is required to determine if your location is suitable to receive our services. This fee is waived if the survey is successful and a subscription is undertaken, in which case a one off fee is payable at the time of installation.  This installation fee includes cable, a galvanised pole and bracket, and some time to install in an average Home or Business.  If you require anything other than a standard installation, you will be informed during the site survey.

The standard subscriber unit looks like the image below but may vary depending on requirements.

Bounce Broadband Ltd., retain ownership of the subscriber units and associated brackets, poles & cabling and these must be returned upon termination of subscription contract.
